The lamb intestines arrive salted.
They are hydrated, tubed, drained and packed with brine and optionally with salt.

It is recommended to conserve:
– Tubes between 0ºC and 5ºC.
– Salt and brine between 8ºC and 16ºC preserved from air and light.
