Diameter between 18/20, 20/22, 22/24, 24/26 (mm).

Length
Usual length 45 and 90 m. Others to be agreed with the customer.

Depending on the final presentation, the salted intestines can be:
– Sell in 90m skeins.
– Desalt, calibrate, make skeins of the desired length and salt.
– Prepare the skeins in bags with brine.

In skeins with brine, in salted skeins or others agreed with the customer.

It is recommended to preserve:
-Salt and brine: between 8°C and 16°C (preserved from air and light).
