Hog mesentery

The mesentery from the slaughterhouse is stored at 0ºC or frozen in the tunnel or in the plate cabinet.

In plastic bags (fresh or frozen).

It is recommended to keep at a temperature of 0 to 5 ºC when fresh, or frozen at a temperature of -18 ºC.
